i've started preparations with a ring's enchantment.
Process is as usual ... mantras, visualizations, directing energies.
i'll describe process later after it's done.

Description of process (how it's done in Narfell):
Character name: Frances Darkhaven.
Character receiving item: Frances Darkhaven.

Enchanting Facility: a Laboratory Room in Oscuran Library.
Spells Used: Cat's Grace, Resistance.
Materials Used: Gold Ring, a Wax Candle, Tinderbox, Potion of Greater Cat's Grace, Potion of Resistance, Cat's Eye Chrysoberyl, Oil.
Item Level: 8.

Ring of Nimble Shadows.

Description:
High quality Ring of green metal engraved with Mantras that Protect & enhance wearer's Agility.
It's said it helps wearer to face darker corners of the world with enhanced nimbleness & courage.

After reserving time in laboratory, Frances prepares for ritual of empowerment.
She visualizes (visualization in this context is a form of imagination) a cat form, stalker of shadows, nimble protector.
She makes a wish of using ring for noble deeds of protecting her friends, allies, future family & lover(s), as well as Cats, Owls & associated spirits.
She purifies Ring by draining unneccessary energies from it, lights candle with fire, then spends energy.
She meditates, deeply visualizing her spirit teacher, as she intends to impart it's properties to ring & it's wearer(s), speaking mantras (spells) that imbue Item with dharmic (arcane) blessings.
She crushes gem into powder and smears them in proper places using oil. She adds potions in proper amount to the smear as well.
Then she transforms the Ring magically, purifying it's structure from unneccessary elements, and engraving a proper Mantras onto Ring. (Mantra is Protecting Sound, but also a Vibration ... there can be Visual Mantras).
During the Process, item changes it's color to Green Metal ... magically reflecting it's connection with nature magic that way.
Mantras she uses are: Agility Mantra, Protection Mantra.
Spells she uses are: Cat's Grace, Resistance.
Form she meditates on is called a Nimble Cat, Black Protector. She appears before her and send energy rays around that build up into powerfield (mandala).
Frances oversees energies as they flow, speaking mantras as neccessary and correcting errors as they arise. After proper amount of time, when all energy points are opened and joined with energy channels, she uses forms that give appropriate properties on each of them, then closes enchantment, finishing.
She offers them to her teacher in her mind and is allowed to use them.
Ring is ready.
She cleans laboratory, showers, dresses and goes to take her panther familiar for a walk outside town.
She will check the item in real combat.
