Greater Gloves of Power.

Dear Journal,

Following my promotion in Cerulean Knights to 3rd Star, got a piece of Cerulean Equipment changed to a higher tier one.

Originally got these gloves to help me carry more things, as my physical strength is so meek.

Now, greater version of these gloves will help me detect, identify, counter and protect against hostile magicks, as well.

Dear Journal,

... a while ago i've adressed Cerulean Commander, Lycka Zomasdottir - and asked her what i need to do to advance in Cerulean Knights' Ranks.

... she said i've been doing really good and that some outstanding promotions are to be issued soon.

... then in promotions documents found my name, as well as a few others.


'Chea Allin and Nate Wingates are hereby promoted to Knights of the Third Star.

Jonni Aelthasson is hereby promoted to Knight of the Fifth Star.

Promotion is done, soon i should get raise in salary, as well as upgraded version of my gloves.

Peacekeepers (Frances' Tale).

One day, in Oscura ... i was asked by Banite Cleric Liriana - if i am willing to join Peacekeepers.

Considered answer for a while, then said i'd try.


Meeting with peacekeepers commander Shemaright was painful, as she was a Vampire.

She drank my blood, as i tried to endure pain.


Then had to hunt for rumours of surface, for two months.


All done, now i am a Peacekeeper of Oscura.

... Got my equipment, suitable for my rank and initial orders, overview of a situation.

PEACEKEEPERS. A trained police force will be formed to serve as a prevention and intervention tactical force. The members of this faction will be given the right and responsibility to arrest and detain outsiders and Oscuran citizens not affiliated with a Tribunal represented organization, that fail to abide by the laws of the city. If a Peace Keeper witnesses the breaking of a city law by any member of a faction represented by the Tribunal, it is the officer's responsibility to report the incident to their Captain. The Peacekeepers are authorized to halt the unlawful behaviour, and may detain the person or persons involved in the incident, if these refuse to return to their compound and await their leader's judgement. It is the Captain's responsibility to report the incident to the leader or leaders of the faction or factions involved, as well as the Judicator, and the Inquisitor. It will be the faction leader's responsibility to serve punishment if guilt is found. However, if the Judicator or Inquisitor feel the punishment to be too linient, either may petition to have the matter be brought to trial. Trial will be held by the Red Falcon House, with the Inquisitor retaining the right to escalate the verdict if neccessary. The Captain may petition laws be created to facilitate the function of the Peace Keepers. As all petitions, they will be voted on by the Tribunal. Any and all infractions made the the Peace Keepers will be handled by the Red Falcon House, with the assistance of the Guard, if neccessary. Under no circumstances may a Peace Keeper detain a member of Tribunal.

Rumour #1:

There's a gang that operates around norwick ... and sometimes far in different places. They call themselves 'painters' and wear brushes symbols on their shields proudly. They keep kidnapping norwick scouts and making demands.

Last demand was that norwick pays 200 000 gp for 'disrupted operations' and to cease disrupting these.

There are men that appear via ethereal visage glow ... tell orders and vanish.

Last time the operation they tried to do was in beholder cave in Norwick.

... somehow they chased beholders away, it seems.

P.S. It seems they are related with Zhentarim.


Rumour #2:

King George of Peltarch is dying, succession about to happen soon, any day.

He has two sons and a niece.


Rumour #3:

It seems peltarch has troubles paying every soldiers decades worth of salary .... they are seeking a solution to that.
